FUTURE HOMES
The Future Homes Project will produce better apartment designs that will become world exemplars in design, sustainability and liveability. With the aim to create comfortable homes while fostering the connections that enrich communities, neighbours and great places. Our designs respond to the changing dynamics of living and the increasing need for affordability, regeneration, sustainability, connectivity and choice.
We are thrilled to have been selected as one of the Future Homes competition winners organised by The Victorian Government, which attracted almost 100 submissions. We worked with the Department of Environment Land Water and Planning (DELWP) and the Office of the Victorian Government Architect (OVGA), creating Exemplar Designs and Guidelines informing future planning changes.
